01Open the preview
The first version of your new site is built from what is on your current one: logo, services, photos and contact details. The preview is not published at your address and not added to search engines.
02Say what you would change
Reply to the message, or talk for half an hour. We go through prices, people, services and contact details so nothing outdated ends up on the new site.
03Approve in writing
One round of changes is included. When you say yes, we send the invoice. Not before.
04We take it live
Your address stays and your email keeps working. We change two records with you, and the site is live at your address usually the same day. From then on, a change is one message to us.

What 990 € includes and where the limits are
50 € a month keeps the site running and covers agreed changes. No fixed term, one month’s notice.

- 04Launch at your current address together; your email does not change
- 05Hosting for 50 € a month: we keep the site running, take backups and make the agreed changes
- 06The site is yours. If you leave, you take the files and content, and another provider can continue from there
Limits
- 01Changes under hosting: text, photos, opening hours, a new service page. We respond within two working days.
- 02Not included: language versions, online shop, building a booking system, photography, logo. These are agreed separately.
- 03We write from what is already on your site. New text comes from you or is agreed separately.
- 04The lead image is an illustration. Premises, staff and customer projects are shown only with your own photos.
The price is the same for everyone, and it does not change on the phone.

Before you decide
Do I lose my address or my email?
No. Your address stays and your email keeps working. Going live means changing two records where the address was bought. We find out where that is and prepare the instructions, or do it with your credentials.
What does "ready" mean?
The preview is the first version of your new site. After that we go through the changes, do one round of corrections and publish once you have approved in writing.
When does the invoice come, and when does the site go live?
The invoice is sent when you say yes in writing. Payment within 14 days. The site goes live at your address once the records are changed, usually the same day. The monthly fee starts from the launch month.
Do the prices include VAT?
No. 990 € and 50 € exclude VAT, as is usual between businesses.
What do I take with me if I leave?
The site files and content, and instructions for moving the address. Another provider can continue from there. One month’s notice, no fee.
What if I do not want to hear from you?
Every message we send has a link that stops all contact at once. Email works too. Stop contact
