What we collect about companies we contact, why, for how long, and how to stop it.

What we collect
Company name, business ID, the public website address, and what is on that website: text, logo, colours, photos and published contact details. For the person we write to, we use the name, title, email address and phone number that the company has published on its own website or in a public business register. We do not guess email addresses.
Why
To build a mockup front page for the company and to offer it to the company’s decision-maker. The legal basis is legitimate interest in business-to-business direct marketing, where the recipient’s role relates to the service offered (Finnish Act on Electronic Communications Services, section 202). We send email and text messages on an opt-out basis, and every message has a working link to stop all contact.
For how long
The mockup and its link are deleted 30 days after we send them, whether or not you reply. Contact details are kept for 12 months from the last message, or until you object, whichever comes first. If you become a customer, we keep what the contract needs for as long as the contract lasts.
Where
Mockups and our records are stored with Cloudflare within the EU. We do not sell or share the data.
Your rights
You can object at any time, and we stop. You can ask what we hold about your company, and ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to the address above. You can also complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman.
